John Gregory is standing firm and will not quit or be pushed out of Pride Park.
Gregory is under pressure at Derby with the Pride Park outfit sitting uncomfortably in 18th place ,but relief for them is that they are very safe and will not get dragged into a dogfight at the bottom.
With the cash flow at Derby at zero , Gregory has had to sell and send players on loan to keep Derby's finance's ticking as they are losing money week in week out , in fairness to Gregory he has drafted in youngsters like Lewis Hunt and Izzae Mcloed and they have fitted in nicely with the experienced players.
Gregory spoke out about the rumours saying "I'm going nowhere ,If anybody thinks I would ever turn my back on this club, then all I can say is they have got another thing coming."
"I have a job to do at Derby, to help bring success, and I will not rest until I have achieved that."
"My plans for the summer are already being worked out."
