First it was Figo from Barcelona to Real Madrid then Sol Campbell from Tottenham to Arsenal now its Owen Morrison from Sheff Wed to Sheff Utd you would think not as bad as the first two but the blue half of the Steel City will be turning red big time.
Owen Morrison has made a Figo , Campbellesque move across the Steel City today which will certainly get the blood boiling from the blue half of Sheffield.
He has had his contract terminated by mutual consent and Neil Warnock has gone straight for the throat and signed him up after boss Chris Turner agreed to the switch for the player.
Morrisson has only played twice for the Hillsborough club and had a loan move to Hull cut short due to boss Jan Molby deeming him not fit enough.
FACT - The last player to tread the quicksand across the Steel City to the red half was Wilf Rostron back in 1989.
