Derby County's Lee Morris insists friend and former Ram Darryl Powell can still keep Wednesday up.
Lee Morris has stated Darryl Powell can still keep Sheffield Wednesay in Division One next season.
Morris who is friends with former skipper Powell is adamant he has the strength and commitment and drive to survive the drop into Division Two.
Lee Morris spoke to the Derby Evening Telegraph said "Darryl is the kind of player they need to stay up."
"He was a good captain at Derby and I found him really supportive, particularly when I was going through a bit of a rough time."
"He tried to help me through and he was the sort of person who came in every day and was really bubbly."
"I thought he was also a good player who really put himself about. He works ever so hard and that is exactly what Sheffield Wednesday could do with in their position."
