Reading have won the battle to sign Man Utd winger Luke Chadwick on a month's loan deal. Luke Chadwick has joined Reading on a month's loan , the Royals have beaten a number of clubs in getting his services to The Madjeski Stadium.

Reading beat Stoke and Cardiff to get him and Chadwick himself feels the time is right to get some football under his belt.

Luke Chadwick speaking on the Reading official website said "It feels great to be here ,Reading are doing very well, they are a great club and a big club."

"They have a beautiful stadium and hopefully I can do well."

England U21 Chadwick had plenty of options on the table , but chose Reading who tied up the deal this Friday evening.

"I had a few options, but I thought Reading was the best place to come at this time." Chadwick added
