England boss Sven Gorren Eriksson has refused to rule out choosing Norwich City's highly rated goalkeeper Robert Green in future England matches.
Green has won many man of the match awards at Carrow Road since he made his debut against Ipswich Town in a 0-0 during 1998/1999 season. However the discussion on everyone's lips at FA headquarters is who will be next England keeper, and the 23-year-old has been confirmed as a good candidate.
But Eriksson, speaking on a visit to City's Colney training centre, said: "I've heard quite a lot about Robert Green. I've heard that he is good."
He added on the club's website: "He is not in my squad yet, but who knows in the future?"
