The shrimps, like Chester, have had a good season and finished losing semi-finalists, Morecambe being beat to Dagenham and Redbridge. Liverpulien midfielder Adriano Rigoglioso has been linked with moves away from Morecambe the main story being a five figure sum to Chester City. Morecambe are one of the 4 League and Conference teams that The Motormen face this pre-season. And as of yet there have been no new faces brought in to Rivacre Park to bulk up the promotion fight, but influential players like Matt Haddrell and skipper Phil Brazier have left. The small squad needs adding to to prove that their 2nd position finish the season before last was no one-season wander. |
