The season ends with a 3-1 win over Woking at the Shay. The Shaymen move to ninth position on the Table which is higher then the 19th spot they held at the end of the 2004 season

The Shaymen win their last match of the season at the Shay

Ryan Sugden scored two goals and assisted in the first goal of the match. Halifax opened the scoring as Ryan Sugden feed Jason Blunt who put in the back of the net in the 67th minute of play. The Shaymen's second goal came at the 73rd minute as Ryan Sugden put in a left footed shot from 25 yards out. Two minute later Ryan Sugden headed in a Martin Foster cross.

Woking's only goal came in the 90th minute as Justin Richards headed a cross into the net.
