John Allan last minute goal takes away a win for the Shaymen at home to make they playoff race even more interesting. For the second game in a row Halifax lets a win get away.

The Shaymen let another win get away at the Shay John Allen comes nets a goal in the last minute of play for Northwich to take away a win from the Shaymen as their move up the table is only to 4th position insted of 2nd position. Craig Midgley put one into the net from a nice pass from Lewis Kileen early in the match at the 11th minute mark. John Allen headed in a goal for Northwich just before the half to keep the match interesting. The second half the Shaymen got their second goal as Northwich keeper failed to clear the ball pass Darren Mansaram who put it in the net for the Shaymen 10 minutes from regulation. The Shaymen figured the match was in the bag until John Allen put one in in Extra time to secure a point for Northwich. The top of the table looks like this. Barnet is on top with their win over Aldershot at home 2-1 with 66 points Crawly Town managed only a point today and are second in the table at 52 points Accrington Stanley is third in the table as they did not play today with 51 points There are 4 clubs with 50 points Halifax Town is the fourth in the table 50 points with a 14 goal difference Woking is fifth in the table with 50 points and 13 goal difference Hereford United is 6th with 50 points and 12 point gaol difference Stevenage is 7th with with 50 points and a 9 point goal difference Plus these clubs are still in the playoff hunt Aldershot 49 point Carlisle 47 points Exeter 46 points |
