Andy Reid has blamed this season's Forest failure on the Reds' disability to keep a hold of their star players over the transfer market.
Forest star-player Andy Reid has commented on the reasons why teh Reds failed to make this seasons play-offs. The main reason that he told us, was players being allowed to leave through fault of Paul Hart. "People have to remember that the squad we have now is not the squad which pushed for the Premiership at the end of last season. With Kinnear being a power in the transfer market though I will not be expecting this to happen again and believe Kinnear will bring more players in than he loses.
"There are several big players who aren't with us any more, and the fact they've been allowed to leave is probably one of the reasons why we've struggled at times.
"If you lose quality players and fail to replace them how can you expect to succeed?
"Even if you're Arsenal or Manchester United you can't afford to do that, but it's what's happened at this club."
