The race is still on for 3rd place. Now there are only 3 games left is it too close to call??

No it's still all to play for.

The three teams in the race for third place all won last weekend which means that the third place will probably not be decided until the last day of the season.  It is possible for any of the three to end up in 3rd place.

Quins have already been crowned champions after Bedford were beaten by Exeter on Saturday.  Quins will probably just want to not be beaten again in the league and return to the premiership only beaten by Exeter.

Bedford could mathematically be beaten into 2nd but it is very unlikely they only have to get a single point to remain in 2nd and Pirates would have to get all 15 points available to them.

The Pirates sit in third place now and if they win two of their three remaining matches then they would stay there but they still have to play Albion at home and travel to Coventry.  So it is a close call.

Albion should win against Pirates and Sedgley Park and stand a chance against the Quins on the last day of the season.  Every game is important and every game needs to be won for us to move into 3rd place.  If Albion play in the remaining matches the way they did against London Welsh it is all possible.

Titans play the only match of the league next week against London Welsh and will probably move, temporarily we hope, into 4th place where they may retain until the 22nd. They have the possibilities of moving to 3rd place but need the other matches of the top 5 to go in their favour.
