Peter Hawkins has signed a new contract that sees him return to Stonebridge Road.

Gravesend & Northfleet manager Liam Daish has added more experience to his new squad by the clinching the signature of Peter Hawkins, the 28 year old Maidstone born defender who played four games for the Fleet at the end of last season.

 

Hawkins started his career with MK Dons, and after four seasons moved to Rushden & Diamonds. He first came to Stonebridge Road after being released by the Northamptonshire club in March.

 

“I am delighted to have recruited Peter” said Daish. “He has proven quality at Football League level, and has already shown what he is capable of in Fleet colours. His experience will be invaluable”.
