Club Captain Paul McCarthy has signed a new contract at the club after it looked like he could of been on his way out of Stonebridge Road.

The club is pleased to announce that defender Paul McCarthy has today agreed a new one year contract.  Manager Liam Daish said: “We are extremely pleased that Paul has agreed a new deal, he brings with him a wealth of experience and he will undoubtedly be a key character around the place next season.  There will be a few youngsters in our squad and we will need one or two players like Paul to help them through."

Daish went on to say: “I am currently speaking to several players and I hope to have some more good news within the next week or two.”
