At midnight on 31st August/1st September 2005, a formal offer was emailed to Newcastle United chairman Mr Freddie Shepherd.

ComeOnBoro.com have offered Mr Shepherd the sum of £15,000,000 for his holding of 34,000,000 Newcastle United shares.

We have so far received no response to our offer but expect to do so in the near future.
