Carl Pettefer Released From Southend

Southend United have today released midfielder Carl Pettefer after 2 years at the club Steve Tilson and Paul Brush have told Carl he is free to find another club. This doesnt come as a suprise do to Carl being unable to hold down a regular first team spot in our league 1 promotion campaign but Carl will have no problem in finding another club so we wish him all the best in his future in football.
