Nottingham Forest Football CLub's Board of Directors have released a stetement on the club's official site, dismissing talks of the club being in dispute with the council and us maybe even being forced into administration. This goes against reports from several sites including "the eye."

| Rumours have been flying around stating that Nottingham Forest Football Club just cannot seem to agree a deal with the council and some sites have even suggested that the club may be forced into administration.
But, contrary to reports, the Forest board have assured us that this is not true in a statement published on the official Forest site: "The situation remains exactly the same as it did when the Club approached the Council some two years ago. They also went on to say that they have a good influx of cash coming in from Nigel Doughty and that with him at the helm the club's short-term future is in no doubt. However, should the club fail to agree a deal in the end and the club not manage to gain promotion- then we could have some problems and the eye's pessimistic prediction could come true. |
