Cup holders Bangor City travel to the Airfield, a guaranteed Welsh League club in the Semi Final, All South Wales derby between Carmarthen and Port Talbot. Newly promoted Prestatyn who overcame Goytre in extra time travel to Aberystwyth

 Ties to be played over the weekend of 27th / 28th February 2009.
