Linked with him apparently but with competition from Cambridge. Reading comments from fans on his release from FGR, the consensus seems to be he’s highly rated (“best right back in League on his day”) but he’s had quite a few injuries. Interestingly he retweeted Otis Khan, so thwt could be a pull.

If we’re going to go for a smaller and better squad, can’t see it makes great sense to sign someone prone to injuries. Apparently made 16 appearances for Vegan Burger Rovers last season.

Got a good pedigree. Is a bit lightweight though and if prone to injury is a risk we may not want to take. On the other hand for all I know we could be getting a gem. Ahhh the lottery of football.

Norwood was not released but joined us rather than taking a ne FGR contract. The last thing we need is an injury prone player. None signed in that category in recent years , such as Potter, Wallace, or Miller proved really durable

I didn't suggest that Nors was released.Just that he and Manny were ex FGR.👍

He isn't really. He has a decent playing record including 60 games for FGR in 2 years, so the issue that befell him could quite easily be a one off and he could play his next 200 career games and never miss a minute.

Then again he might be at the begining of persistent injruy concerns, but that doesn't mean he should be written off as a sick note necessarily.

Then I ate his Liver.......... with some baked beans and a can of coke.
