They have annulled all decisions made by the Belgium FA - the consequences are currently not clear, it’s possible that they play with 18 clubs next year and not 16.
The 150 pages of the report are being studied

Ah OK. I've already seen one press report describe it a 'small victory', another as a 'thunderbolt'! Guess we'll soon find out.

Would the “get out clause” of the EFL be that the Belgian FA instigated relegation rather than here where the league members did their self preservation vote?

Apparently three possible outcomes at the league meeting this afternoon:
1) the league has to review and revise the reasons for its May decision. Doing so may still result in the same outcome, so don't get your hopes up yet!
2) play the last match - unlikely.
3) quash the relegation and run with one or two extra teams in the top flight in 20/21 - an outcome the league has rejected previously.

Reports are emerging that the league has decided on 1 and will now put it to a vote of the clubs to ratify it.

I believe one factor in yesterday's Belgian ruling was the inconsistency between not allowing Beveren to play their last match while allowing the playoff to decide who replaces them to go ahead. We can relate to that alright.

You can find more than I, I can only see that there is a general meeting planned on 23 July
The pro league has received the legal papers and the lawyers are analyzing, after a constructive view of thoughts the management made a detailed note in preparation for the board of commissioners.
Monday will be further discussions and a general meeting has been set up
