Spurs have reportedly sacked Pochettino due to poor results this season

Right decision.

Their stats have dropped considerably this season in terms of sprints per games and distance covered.

The players have stopped playing for him, so it's game over

I suspect it has been on the cards for a while just a matter of how much compo he gets

Wonder if this might give Everton a nudge to dump Silva, in favour of Pochettino. If they are going to dump him , now would be the time to do it. Give him a month to assess current playing staff and the January window to recruit the players he wants.

ridiculous decision - alot of teams have a negative reaction when losing a cup final, he was entitled to a dodgy season after continuous improvement, and so were the players

Shame, I liked Pochettino, it's a loss for English football.
Still, at least Mourinho's grumpy press conferences will provide some entertainment value.

He will only be there for 1 or 2 years then he will be off bad move by spurs I think and don't think the special one is the answer

Spurs better have some spare cash lying around after their stadium rebuild. Mourinho's gonna want to spend.

Poch signed his own death warrant after the Ajax semi final. He said he was ready to quit if spurs won and allowed the team do a souvenir team photo before the final. It was as if he had tacitly acknowledged that being second was the best he could do there.

His heart wasn't in it, the players arent assed this season. He was as burned out as they were. Right time to go would have been after the CL final

the next premier league manager to be sacked will be long john silva at everton. after poch at spurs he must be the most over rated manager in the history of football. if everton keep silva they will be relegated.

He's made a few veiled comments about the perceived limitations he's been operating under. When you're finishing top 3 and reaching Champions League finals you can make those comments from a position of strength but, if you do, when you drop to bottom half you'll find you've already used up all your goodwill. And Levy's the last person to suffer fools.

I agree he should have gone after the CL final. If there'd been a vacancy at, say, Man U or Real Madrid I reckon he would have. Though I think his stock is still high enough to get another job at elite level.

Apparently West Ham and Watford are also on the verge of sacking their managers.
