Difficult as it was one of those days were no one really stood out. We showed effort but there was an absence of any imposing quality from anyone today

I find that having a big profile on Wirral the club has seem to me forgotten the principle the team comes first it's poor fare being served up one hopes things will improve I won't hold my breath.

We're 18th.
Most of us on here would have been happy with 18th in the summer, and I reckon most of us would still take 18th at the end of the season.
So we can't really complain at watching 18th placed quality football.
Beyond that, the club's geared up for continuous improvement and there no reason why it shouldn't carry on happening. Time, patience and not hitting the panic button are needed imho.

All the 4 teams that got promoted from Div 2.
3 are struggling in 17th, 18th, & 21st places
One team at the present time that was promoted doesn't exist anymore.
All 3 of us that are left & struggling, our target for this season is just to get enough points to see us through into next season.
It was a nearly an impossible task for us to keep on getting promotion year after year,
Just be thankful we are out of that dreaded National League.

Hi HKR
I have the feeling they left, as they knew the team wasn't going to be as good as they expected it would be.
The 6 games before they left we had lost 4 league games out of their last 5 incharge, we also lost the one McComb was temp left incharge of which was also their team selection.
So we were already on the downward slope before they left HKR.
Michael Appleton can only do his best with what he was left with, 2 forwards & about 10 midfielders
Just hope both of us survive this season.
