I know just how you all are feeling,
City were also poor, we both will have to sort our problems out before it's too late.

Difficult as it was one of those days were no one really stood out. We showed effort but there was an absence of any imposing quality from anyone today

Ross act your age instead of sniping at me all the time ,your pathetic ,watching on tv had a better view than you did ,once you accept the fact we are a poor team ,you might start talking sense l am fed up of you rovers can do no wrong brigade and criticise mostly me for not agreeing with you ,go newsnowtranmererovers and see the quotes of the supporters about the team ,and no I didn’t go .why drive 40 miles and expenses on a bitter cold day ,when I can watch it at home ,attendance is not compulsory to be a supporter .and after 70 years I am quite entitled to choose when I go ,don’t need your snide remarks all the time ,looking at the mostly empty spaces today ,I am not the only one giving it a miss .lots of space in the kop .crowd quiet ,the togetherness is no more ,it’s a fallacy the new bunch don’t elude hope and togetherness ,to many duds ,it’s just a job ,the old brigade have gone ,you only had to look at the body language of some of the players ,not interested or not good enough ,it’s surprising what you can see on a 50 inch tv what you can’t see at the game ,the most obvious being the penalty ,100% penalty .people blaming the ref ,blame the idiot who committed the foul and the defence that stood still for the first goal 2 minutes that cost us a point at least ,so all in all I seen more than you did evidently

Well I’m glad you got that off your chest because I didn’t even refer to your post.
Strange how if you don’t agree with someone it’s an opinionated forum but if someone doesn’t agree with you it’s the ‘Rovers can do no wrong brigade’ sniping.

And no, the only thing you see that I don’t is an instant reply. Watching on tv is nowhere to actually being there (especially given the gantry is so low in the JK stand).

No one stood out we huffed and puffed but no real quality. They were not a great side and will be midtable at best but for me yesterday we look a poor side and we're gonna struggle .so mom for me the fans for standing by the team

I'm with fifty all day long I'm old school as well sick the way
Things are going leave it to the police who apparently have made an arrest with possibly more on the way as for the team obviously the managers hands are tied for now all we can do is juggle things around and hope for the best to slow in midfield inexpierence in defence missing a goalscorer.
I find that having a big profile on Wirral the club has seem to me forgotten the principle the team comes first it's poor fare being served up one hopes things will improve I won't hold my breath.

We're 18th.
Most of us on here would have been happy with 18th in the summer, and I reckon most of us would still take 18th at the end of the season.
So we can't really complain at watching 18th placed quality football.

Beyond that, the club's geared up for continuous improvement and there no reason why it shouldn't carry on happening. Time, patience and not hitting the panic button are needed imho.

Be more than happy if we're still 18th come the end of the season, but Micky certainly has his work cut out.

All the 4 teams that got promoted from Div 2.
3 are struggling in 17th, 18th, & 21st places
One team at the present time that was promoted doesn't exist anymore.
All 3 of us that are left & struggling, our target for this season is just to get enough points to see us through into next season.
It was a nearly an impossible task for us to keep on getting promotion year after year,
Just be thankful we are out of that dreaded National League.

Hi jal jal, Lincoln would be faring much better if Cowley had stayed, I am convinced of that..you would be in and around the play offs for sure.

Hi HKR
I have the feeling they left, as they knew the team wasn't going to be as good as they expected it would be.
The 6 games before they left we had lost 4 league games out of their last 5 incharge, we also lost the one McComb was temp left incharge of which was also their team selection.
So we were already on the downward slope before they left HKR.
Michael Appleton can only do his best with what he was left with, 2 forwards & about 10 midfielders
Just hope both of us survive this season.

I understand what you are saying jal jal, but I reckon the reason why Lincoln lost their last few games when the Cowleys were in charge was coz the Cowleys had their minds elsewhere with all the speculation surrounding them with Sheff Wed and Huddersfield..Lincoln started the season off very well.

Anyhow HKR they've gone now so we have to get on with it and see how we go.
Out of our last 11 games we have played 7 Away games & 4 Home games, our next game is away so that will be 8 Away & 4 Home games. not exactly ideal but you have to play whatever turns up next.
Good luck for Saturday

Agree, but I suppose it's better that people get it off their chest on here than at the game. The support seems to be holding up with only sparse and relatively muted signs of negativity at PP, which is good.
