No idea how to call this one so, going on form, I'll guess at an away win, 1-3. But we'll do them on Wednesday.

Works 2 fold, they sat back because we put them under continued pressure.

Very even game and the players will be devastated to be 2 down from 2 poor decisions given against us.
Still have to defend the ball in.

We lost that coz of that mad last 2 mins in first half... we had a fair bit of the ball in 2nd half but couldn't do much with it... Wycombe weren't particularly brilliant or electrifying but they look decent enough with a good balance in their side and defensively they look sound..fair play to Akinfenwa, he deserved MOM, a clever nuisance he is and he did his defensive duties aswell….The third and final part of the trilogy on Wednesday night in cup replay..

In pure footballing terms we're okay. We pass and move well enough but tend to run out of ideas near the box when the game becomes compacted. Our players might well be more skillful than Wycombe's in truth. In all other aspects of the game they are miles ahead of us. They are stronger, quicker, better organised, have a game plan and carry the out. They have options up front within a simple structure. We dominated the second half because Wycombe eased off and played deep, but we didn't really look like ever scoring - crosses and corners were dealt with easily and everything else looked pretty enough 25+ yards out but never pulled them out of shape. Outside of the first few minutes one team looked in complete control of what they were doing and it wasn't Tranmere.

Its also not the first offence our fans have been accused of committing of that nature in recent times, nor the second, it could well be a massive fine as opposed to a fine and their remains the option to have us play behind closed doors on top. We could well be made an example of.

Just seeing on sky that their keeper has reported our fans for homophobic abuse. Also picked up by the sky microphones. No way condoning it but nothing been said about him making gestures and saying god knows what at the fans at the end of first half with his glove over his mouth
