Arteta is building something here

This. Add Gabriel. The guy has been able to sell his vision as well. There must be so much clarity in what he says.

I said this at the end of last season that we have already made the most important signing last Dec. And I'm more worried about having Arteta for more than 3 years than anything else.

Realistically we need 2 more years to have a shot at the title. Which is seasons 22-23 and 23-24. Hopefully we have built a strong team come 22-23.

Just hope I'm still plodding along to see it.

Great news. He clearly has Trust in the Process.

In Arteta we Trust!

Great news.
Now lets add Partney or Aouar (or both, not gonna happen) and we should be able to push for top 4.

Great news, the delaying of the announcement sort of took the buzz out of it but that doesn't matter

Re: Auba signs
Boston Gooner 16 September, 2020 16:44
Turned down Barcelona apparently.
Which isn't a surprise.
They are in a bit of a mess at the moment.
Not sure he wanted to be part of that.

Re: Auba signs
Willy 17 September, 2020 09:44
Playing in the CL with Messi, his mate Dembele and enjoying the Spanish weather. They're a mess but it is still a statement that he turned that down to stay with us. As we know, past top players and captains decided otherwise so this enhances his legend status compared to them.
