Summer Departures

Zyro amongst those leavin

It's that time of year again where tough decisions need to be made for individuals, however this summer, with the Europa League beckoning, perhaps the emphasis for Wolves will be on additions, not departures. Having said that, six players are leaving Molineux this June, the most notable being Michal Zyro.

So Michal Zyro, who first appeared at Molineux with great excitement is to leave Molineux permanently. He has recently been on loan back in his native Poland with Pogon Szczecin, this following a short spell with Charlton. He first played in Old Gold versus West Ham United in the FA Cup in Janaury 2016 and scored his first goals a few days later at Molineux against Fulham. His playing time at Wolves was, of course, dogged by injury and this curtailed his chances - principally following a dire challenge by Milton Keyens Dons player, Antony Kay. 16 months getting back to fitness, one single match for Wolves under Nuno in the league cup ... and that was that, for us anyway. Good luck to him, a Wolves player who, no fault of his own, was never able to deliver his full potential.

Others to leave Wolves are Heredia, Goodliffe, Hayden, Lattie and Sauvage. Sadly, I am not able to write too much about these chaps, however whatever their circumstances, you have to wish these lads well.

Bright Enobakhare is staying, a one year extention option has been taken (after a decent spell at League One Coventry) and Gonclaves, Deslandes and Pardington also remain.

All eyes on who's coming in now ....... Up the Wolves!
