Despite securing three vital points against Norwich City on Saturday, West Bromwich Albion gaffer Pepe Mel stated today that he was still unsure over his future at the West Midlands club. When quizzed about the future of goal scorer Morgan Amalfitano, on loan from Marseille, Mel responded "I don't know where I am going to be next season".
Pepe Mel was appointed manager of West Bromwich Albion in January on an 18 month deal after the sacking of Steve Clarke. The former Real Betis coach made Premier League survival his primary objective, and hinted that at present he hasn't thought much beyond the end of this season.
Albion took a huge step towards securing top flight status this weekend with a crucial victory over fellow strugglers Norwich.
