Thank Goodness That's Over

Duckworth

As it happened we would have stayed up on the last day if we hadn't beaten Exeter last week. Tranmere lost, Cheltenham drew and Pools came from being three down to draw. And you don't need to blacken your face to pay tribute to Bob Marley ..

The hosts looked to be cruising to victory before half time  with goals from Kyle Dempsey, Steven Rigg and Jason Kennedy.

But with big Marlon on for Fenwick we struck back in the second half with efforts from  Jordan Hugill (two) and Michael Duckworth.

Ronie Moore had come out before the kick off drssed as Marley which went down a storm with the two thousand visiting Poolies.

Now the hard work begins recruitying for next season. We dont want to go through all this again, please.
