Classic Stadia: Wembley Stadium - England
By Terrace Culture - Stadium Archive
July 28 2004
Wembley Stadium was the place everybody wanted to play, and was the setting for many of football's classic moments. Countless finals of prestigious tournements were held here- not least the 1966 World Cup Final in which England beat West Germany in extra time thanks to Geoff Hurst's hat-trick.
