Town Linked With Trio
By Aston
June 21 2009
This mornings newspapers have linked Town with a trio of new signings, out of contract Man City defender Michael Ball, Manchester United striker Lee Martin and Celtic midfielder Paul Hartley.
Ball, 29, is out of contract at the City of Manchester Stadium and has not been offered a new deal by Mark Hughes after only making 14 appearances for City last season.

Martin, 22, has struggled to make an impact at Old Trafford, spending most of his time out on-loan, in total he has made 62 appearances for his various clubs since 2005. Bristol City are also keen on him and have reportedly lodged a £2 million bid for his services.

Hartley, 32, wants to leave Celtic in search of regular first team football and Roy Keane has reportedly offered him a "key role" if he were to join Town.

Re: Town Linked With Trio
RK says he has 4 "quality" players in mind - if the price is right, so I expect we'll get linked to quite a few people with premiership experience in the next few weeks.
