Town have confirmed they will be heading a sort tour of the Republic of Ireland in the build up to next season, as well as confirming a “glamour” friendly against a Spanish side.
Town will play three games in Ireland over the summer, the first of which is against Donegal on the 7th of July with an 8pm kick-off. Town will face Waterford on the 17th again with an 8pm kick-off and round off the Irish tour with a game against Cork on the 19th with an 4pm kick-off.

Town will then return home for the Fabian Wilnis testimonial against Colchester United on the 25th of July with a 2pm kick-off.

Then Spanish "giants" as the local press is calling them, Real Valladolid come to Portman Road on the 31st of July for Town's last pre-season game, 7.45pm kick off.
