Town are reportedly keen on signing Reading striker Leroy Lita later this month after the striker completed his loan spell at Norwich.
The 24-year-old striker is out of contract at Reading in the summer and looks set to move away from the Madejski Stadium, finding his chances over the past year limited, with most of his time spent on-loan to other clubs, most recently Norwich where he scored 7 goals during his three month loan.

Norwich have tried to take the former England U21 striker back on-loan but their offer was rejected by the Royals who may want to cash in on his talent now rather then lose him in the summer for free. If Town do want to the sign the striker, who has scored 60 goals in 185 starts so far in his career, they may have to beat off West Brom, Newcastle, Everton and Sheffield United.

Reading have said so far they are yet to receive a firm offer for Lita, with Reading's director of football Nicky Hammond saying: "Leroy has been out getting games and scoring goals

"At the moment he is back here training and the challenge for him is to try to get his place back. But I wouldn't rule anything out."

Elsewhere Town are being linked with a move for Hull City striker Dean Windass who has struggled to get games for Hull in the Premiership and looks certain to go out on-loan this month.

give jim a call he might sign her up.if she has been in the vacinity of portman road she might get a lengthy contract but if she hasnt then probably just a loan deal
