Jim Relieved
By Aston August 26 2008
Town manager Jim Magilton is relieved that Town managed to edge past Colchester and into the 3rd round of the Carling Cup following the defeat against Wolves on Saturday.
Jim: "It was an important win for us. After the huge disappointment of Saturday is was important to bounce back and the manner in which we did was great.

"Kevin Lisbie's goal was an outstanding piece of play.

"Credit to Colchester they hung in there and it was a great finish from Steve Gillespie.

"We looked edgy in the last few minutes but we deserved to win.

"The formation suited certain players and it worked. We might have been as decisive as we liked and sometimes Pablo was trying to be too precise but the first time he shoots he scored.

"The keeper might be a bit disappointed with the goal.

"Winning breeds confidence and we need that going into Saturday's game.

"We picked the team for Burnley and it worked and we might do the same again at Watford."
