By Aston August 19 2008

The 26-year-old striker has been linked with Town constanly during the transfer window with rumours of a medical previously being denied until today.

Town manager Jim Magilton: "We have agreed a fee with Newcastle for Shola and he spent yesterday at the Club having a medical, we've had a good chat and things are moving on. He will be with us again today and hopefully we can get it all tied up."
