Four Linked
By Aston May 6 2008
Town manager Jim Magilton is reportedly wasting no time replacing those who are leaving Portman Road this summer.
Jason De Vos, Fabian Wilnis and Sylvain Legwinski have already been told they won't be playing for Town next season with 3 or 4 more expected to follow and the rumour mill is already lining up their replacements.

Richard Stearman and Gareth McAuley at Leicester have both been linked with Town in the past and now that the Foxes have been relegated it is believed Jim is ready to make a swoop for the defensive pair. Former Town defender Titus Bramble is again being linked with a return to Portman Road.

Aston Villa goalkeeper Thomas Sorensen wants to leave Villa Park in the summer in search of first team football and Town would be in a position to offer it to him as Stephen Bywater currently looks unlikely to be signed permanently from Derby County and Shane Supple is unlikely to step up to the number one shirt despite his loan spell at Falkirk.

Would you welcome any of these four to Portman Road next season? Leave your view below.

Re: Four Linked
We have the entire summer to find the right players, but if a club or player drags their heels we need to walk away, we don't need another Nugent or Norris case
