Simpson Joins On-Loan

Town have signed Manchester United defender Danny Simpson on-loan for the remainder of the season from the Premier League Champions.
The 21-year-old defender has made a handful of Manchester United first team appearances in both domestic and European competitions. He spent a large part of his career to date on-loan away from Old Trafford with spells at Belgian side Royal Antwerp and Sunderland.

In August he signed a new contract that will keep him with The Red Devils until the summer of 2010. The signing of Simpson may mean Town no longer try to sign Dejan Stefanovic from Fulham.

Oh Jim you never fail to surpise me!! Wilnis, wright, Sito, Bruce.... we have enough right backs.
On a serious note, hope he can play central defence because thats where we need sombody.
