The 33-year-old joined Fulham in the summer but has only made 13 appearances so far for the Cottagers and if he were to join Town he could provide competition for both the centre back and left back rolls.

Jim: "I know Dejan and I know what he can bring to a football club.

"I played with him at Sheffield Wednesday. He is an experienced pro and has played at the highest level for a number of years.

"I think he could come in and bring that composure and little bit of quality that we're going to need in the last six or seven games.

"These lads who are here at the moment have done fantastic but if there is a possibility of bringing him in then we'll try again."
