The 24-year-old former Holland U21 striker joined Blackburn in the summer but has only made 7 appearances for Rovers since he made the move from NAC Breda.

While Town boss Jim Magilton won't confirm his targets he is confident of signing someone before the deadline, saying: "I'm confident of landing at least one, maybe two, of three international players with Premier League clubs before the deadline."
