Duo Called Up
By Aston March 18 2008
Town midfielder Velice Sumulikoski and defender Chris Casement will both be representing their countries in international action next week.
Sumulikoski has been called into the Macedonia squad for their friendly against Bosnia while Casement is in the Northern Ireland U21 squad for their friendly with Romania.

If Sumulikoski plays for Macedonia next week it will be his 50th cap for his nation but he won't be letting the game distract him from getting promoted with Town.

Sumulikoski: "It may just be a friendly but it is important to me.

"It will be my 50th cap and I'm very proud of that. But I won't let it be a distraction to the Ipswich cause.

"There is a big rivalry between Macedonia and Bosnia. We were both part of the former Yugoslavia and there have been big problems.

"But I like football, not politics and will just concentrate on football."
