Monday the 8th:

The Shaymen line up an extra two friendlies taking on league opposition against Sheffield United and Rochdale. This takes our pre-season friendly tally to four. The other friendlies are against Barrow and a Leeds United XI. Click Here

The ballot between the HTST members was declared a success with 64% of the 296 eligible members of the Trust returning their voting forms. 77.3% of the members approved the handing over of £10,000 to the Hall and Cairns consortium in return for 20,000 shares and a seat on the board. Click Here

Wednesday the 10th

Peter O'Hara has set the date for the creditors that will hopefully see the club come out of administration and into a CVA. O'Hara will need 75% of the clubs creditors to back the proposals. Click Here.

Thursday the 11th

Town play a friendly away at Darlington behind closed doors. Trialist Tony Lormor put the Shaymen into the lead but a last minute penalty gave Darlington the win. Matthew Clarke, who joined Darlington last week from Halifax took part in the game which comprised of 3 30minute spells. Click Here
