4th Round FA Cup - Newcastle/Hull v Millwall/Crewe
By Tyne-Talk
January 4 2009
Newcastle United or Hull City will face Millwall or Crewe Alexandra in the 4th round of the FA Cup to be played on the weekend of the 24th January 2009. Millwall will travel to Crewe on the 13th January for their replay whilst Hull travel to the North East on the 14th January where Newcastle will play host after yesterdays goalless draw at the KC Stadium.

There will definitely be a cull of premier league teams in the next round as, the first fixture pulled out of the hat saw Everton travel down the road to Anfield; whilst Manchester United or Southampton were drawn at home to Tottenham Hotspur.

Sunderland could also take on Blackburn Rovers unless Blyth Spartans cause a major upset tomorrow night.

we stand a real chance of getting through to the fith round if we can get past Hull and hopefully with a few giant killings in some other games we may even stand a chance of going all the way. Im not counting my chickens just yet because its all in the luck of the draw.

Any team has a chance of winning this cup we jus have to hope that we can put in some good performances and get a little luck along the way with results and the draw.

I'm refusing to get ahead of myself on this one. We've got a tough tie to win yet against Hull, who are no pushovers. Let's get that one out of the way before salivating over the draw.
