Matt Derbyshire unhappy at lack of Forest playing time

Matt Derbyshire directs his online followers to a series of Twitter rants against Forest's under performing manager.

Althout saying it himself would probably result in him being find a weeks wages, Matt Derbyshire seems to have covertly hinted at a rift between himself and manager Steve Cotterill which we can only assume is a widespread problem at the club if recent performances are anything to go by.

Suggesting fans of him follow a 'very outspoken' friend on twitter, users clicking through are met with the profile of Blackburn coach Scott Parsons and some very uncomplimentary postings aimed at the City Ground boss.

"it's a joke how @mattderbyshire2 is not getting a run in the team. Give him a RUN and a chance to play SC you self obsessed bully"

"@broughton1984 @mattderbyshire2 the manager picks the team pal, sadly cotteril can't see his team because of his own ego"

Of course Derbyshire was playing in the Champions League last season, so it does seem odd that he is having such a difficult time performing in the English second-tier.

This really sums up what is wrong with football. This excuse of a "professional" is not good enough to get into a struggling championship side so he tries to undermine his manager by getting his mate to post snide tweets and then chickens out and deletes them when people notice. I wish this waste of space had been around in Clough's day, I really do. Matt - start by learning to stand up for 5 minutes without falling over. Its not much but it would help... If you hate it that much slap in a transfer request and sit back and admire the non existent queue of teams waiting to acquire your "skills".

He does seem to forget that even McClaren didnt play him, and he signed him! Yes you may once have been good but obviously your attitude stinks and you feel too good to play for Forest.
news flash: youre only as good as your last game. And you last game was crap.
