Paul Quinn joined Ross McCormack at Cardiff and once again started reasonably well, before being dropped after a hammering at Newcastle. He has managed nine total appearances to date - rated unsuccessful to date
Stephen Hughes moved to Norwich and after a poor start for the team (when he struggled to get a game) manager Bryan Gunn was sacked and was replaced by Paul Lambert. Hughes started the early games under Lambert but is back on the bench again. He has only started 10 games plus three in the Johnstone Paints! - rated unsuccessful to date
Graeme Smith - Joined Brighton in the summer and has been on the bench for the bulk of the time. He has made four starts and a sub appearance losing 16 goals in that time! New Manager Gus Poyet dropped him ahead of today's game with Southampton - rated unsuccessful to date
Maros Klimpl - sealed a big deal with Dundee after holding out, has now played seven games in the Dens Park side's disappointing start to the season and is currently injured. - rated unsuccessful to date
Cillian Sheridan - was immediately re-loaned out by Celtic to Plymouth Argyle and he has spent much of the time on the bench!
Bob Malcolm - disappeared to the waste land of Australian football.....
Mark McGhee and Scott Leitch - new management team at Aberdeen, currently sitting below Well in the table - enough said!!
While I am sure all of the above are enjoying their higher earnings but would they rather be playing week in week out for a successful Motherwell side.
