FORMER Sheffield Wednesday striker Adam Proudlock is looking for a club after being released by newly promoted Stockport.
Proudlock, who scored 10 goals last season and long-term injury victim Rob Clare have been shown the door. Was Adam Proudlock a hit or miss at wednesday?!
They are joined by Chris Adamson, Adam Griffin, David Poole, Dan Ellis, Chris Coward, Craig Flowers and Amari-Morgan Smith.
West Brom have finalised the £2.3million signing of striker Roman Bednar from Hearts.
The 25-year-old, who joined the Baggies last August and was an important part of Tony Mowbray's Coca-Cola Championship-winning side, has penned a three-year contract.
Bednar netted 17 goals in just 22 starts to help Albion clinch the title and reach the FA Cup semi-finals for the first time in 26 years.
Wolves' chief executive Jez Moxey has reacted angrily to suggestions that talented winger Michael Kightly could be sold in the summer.
Swansea boss Roberto Martinez has warned potential suitors of midfielder Ferrie Bodde that it would take an offer of at least £2m to prise him from the club.
"Ferrie has got two years on his contract and we are not a club who have to sell players because we have no debt," he said.
Nottingham Forest striker Grant Holt has singled out hometown club Carlisle as his ideal destination if he was to be sold by the club this summer.
He said: "If Carlisle came knocking and everything was right, it's an opportunity I would love to take. Anybody who knows me is aware of how much I support Carlisle."
Leyton Orient boss Martin Ling is switching his attentions elsewhere after missing out on the signing of Northampton striker Adebayo Akinfenwa. The 26-year-old pledged his future to the Cobblers by putting pen to paper on a new one-year deal this week.
Ling said: "He felt he owed a debt to Northampton after they took a chance on him and that's why he signed for them - it wasn't to do with finances.
"He's made his decision and now we move on to other targets."
Peterborough director of football Barry Fry insists the club will not be forced into selling England prospect Joe Lewis this summer.
"There is a reason we have signed the majority of the squad on long contracts. We have a grand plan for success."
