Potters manager Tony Pulis has today revealed he plans to hold talks with Dave Kitson following reports he is unhappy at the Britannia Stadium.

Many Newspapers both local and national have been reporting that Kitson is not enjoying his times up North and despite only signing from Reading in July, is already finding things tough.

Pulis spoke with Radio Stoke today and said "I don't know anything about this but I will speak to Dave. I want to know if this is just newspaper speculation."

When asked about why Kitson hasn't scored yet this season, he responded

"We want him to drop in and help out in the middle because against the better teams the one thing you can't do is get outnumbered in midfield. Dave has done that well but we need to get him in the box more to give him the opportunity to score goals."

Meanwhile winger Jimmy Phillips has extended his current loan deal with Stafford Rangers and will remain at the club until December 2008. Good luck Jimmy.
