A quite staggering move has seen 33-year-old former England striker, Robbie Fowler join Blackburn Rovers from Cardiff City, in what could prove to be a permanent move. The transfer sees Fowler reunited with old Liverpool teammate Paul Ince, who now manages the Ewood Park club. More..
