Thou Shalt Not Drink; Unless we win!

Alcohol ridden?

Following Blackpool's recent poor form, which stands at an embarrassing four straight defeats and six games without a win at home, we've decided that Blackpool players should be punished for their sins. We hope to do this by getting every pub and club in Blackpool to agree to bar Blackpool players unless we have won a game that day.

We have decided to start this campaign as we believe it's insulting to fans, who pay thousands over a season, to see players laughing, joking, smiling, dancing and drinking in local clubs after a defeat.

If players are in pubs after a dire performance, surely this means that they don't care. A loss should surely be met with disappointment, a willingness to do better, but being in pubs on the same day surely cannot show this.

We hope this campaign will be agreed to, and it will encourage the players to play better and start to show the same passion as our fans.

Over the next 48 hours we will be contacting pubs and clubs on the Fylde in the hope they will support our campaign. If you support our campaign why not ask your landlord to ban the players unless we win? An if your out and about and see a player drinking up town after a defeat, why not take a snap and send it in?

Drinking is a form of celebration and we have nothing to celebrate, it's time to ban them from the pubs and clubs of the Fylde Coast.

Celebration i think not

If you had a hard day at work you have a pint

Laughing and joking around can help bond teams so i won't be backing this.

Bit harsh really

Its abit different when you've lost four games in a row, 1 to your rivals & all of them being terrible performances. Its once big kick in the teeth for the paying fans.
