Could return!
By Rocky64 September 19 2008
The seasiders will travel to Birmingham City tomorrow with the possibility of having a couple of first team players out and also having to play away from home everything is against the Seasiders and they will be the underdogs in this match. A title we have grown used to for the last few years. But like all things pushed into a corner we'll come out fighting and it's about time someone got mauled.

The last time we played Birmingham was under Steve McMahon. The seasiders won 1-0 with Scott Taylor scoring a goal after seven minutes, with a very cool finish. The game saw the seasiders advance to the next round of the Carling Cup. This time we play them in the championship with three points at stake and given our desperate bid to stay up, many will agree that the three points are a much bigger prize.

Birmingham will boast a team of former premier league players. Including Kevin Phillips, the former England international joined on a free transfer from West Brom in the summer; and has scored three goals and played three games for the Blues. However they'll be without Stuart Panarby who is injured.

Also sidelined for the St Andrews team is; Mehdi Nafti he is currently banned but Kemy Agustien and striker Garry O'Connor should return.

Blackpool will once again be without Stephen Crainey, But Alan Gow, Daniel Nardiello and Steve Kabba could all feature.

I'm not going to predict the score for this one, after I got it so wrong on Tuesday. But hopefully we'll get a win and the long journey will be worth i
