Is Kishishev going to be the latest to leave?
By Martyn Robinson
May 28 2007
CHARLTON Athletic defender Radostin Kishishev is thought to be pondering a contract offer from Coca-Cola Championship outfit Leicester City. New Foxes boss Martin Allen has offered the Bulgarian International a one-year-deal at the Walkers Stadium. Kishishev spent the last three months of the 2006/07 season on-loan at the then Championship side Leeds United, and was largely impressive.

ABOVE: Kishishev leaving the Addicks?

Kishishev, who has spent a total of seven years at the Valey, is out of contract with the Addicks in the summer, and it is looking highly unlikely that he will be offered a new contract as Alan Pardew looks to strenghen his squad following relegation to the Championship.

As his contract is expiring, it means that the defender is free to join Leciester on a free transfer.

"He is with the Bulgaria team at the moment and is mulling over Leicester's offer," The players agent Tommy Langley told BBC Sport.

The 32-year-old spent the last three months of last season on loan with Dennis Wise at Elland Road, and put in a number of great performances, but it wasn't enough to save the Yorkshire club from relegation.

The players agent, Langley, also claims there are other clubs interested in the players signature.

Addick-ted.co.nr would like to wish Kishishev the best of luck for the future.
