Steve Bruce has just issued his latest rant via the official site about the decision to make the Championship game against Stoke a morning kick off on a sunday.. Yes.. a sunday morning..
He stated that a sunday morning is not a time to play football..

Bruce adds: "For goodness sake we should just be having our bacon and eggs and just coming back from church or getting ready to go to the proper church at 12 o'clock - the Church Inn!"

He's also said that the club were willing to lose the money Sky Sports would have paid them for the match to be on the tele..

Bruce also said that the police just didn't have enough time to rearrange all of the cover to change the match.

"We tried to go back to a Saturday, which would have allowed us to play Leicester on Tuesday night, but the police said they didn't have enough notice to police it."
