Jonny Evans makes dream return to Wearside

Sunderland have made an early move the the current transfer window by re-signing Manchester United youngster Jonny Evans on loan.

The center back has scored once for Sunderland in just 3 minutes into a game with Hull at the Stadium of Light.

Evans has only played a handful of games for United, plaing in a 2-0 loss to Coventry City and a few Champions League games against Dynamo Kiev and Roma.

The 20-year-old Northen Ireland international will be with Sunderland for the rest of the season with the view of signing a permanent contract in the summer.
