Black Cat loan-star is set to return to Wearside

Graham Kavanagh is set to return to Sunderland after a one month lone spell at Sheffield Wednesday.

Wednesday boss Brian Laws has asked Roy Keane to extend the deal by another month but this has been rejected, as a result Kav will return to the Stadium of Light this Saturday after Wednesday's game against Blackpool.

The 33-year-old midfielder has already played seven games for the Owls. The point of the loan was to get himself back upto strength after a long injury lay-off last season.
