Scottish defender Anderson signs for Mackems

Today, Sunderland declared the signing of Scottish international defender, Russell Anderson for a fee of £1 million. He has put pen to paper on a three year deal after serving 10 years at home town club Aberdeen. The former Dons skipper was important in the clubs cause to finish 3rd in the Scottish premier league last season
Anderson becomes Roy Keane's second summer signed after Greg Halford joined from Reading. Keane said on the transfer, "Im very happy to have signed Russell. "He will give more options in defence". Anderson was the only Scottish footballer to have been nomiated for the Scottish player of the year awards last season and Sunderland fans will be looking forward to see the player in the red and white shirt. On his move to Sunderland, Anderson says "I'm very happy to have signed, Sunderland are a big team that could go places".

Ha ha johns gf called him a knob, lol. Also called me a knob but nevermind! Kate, we arent as good as chelsea but at least we are in the same league as chelsea.... well for at least a season lol.
